Our approach draws on systems thinking and structured methodology: Service Design for mapping ecosystems, TRIZ for resolving contradictions, the Double Diamond for moving from ambiguity to clarity. These are not buzzwords on our website. They are tools we use in every Investigation Blueprint we deliver.
We are also builders of AI systems. We have hands-on experience with Graph RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and agentic AI architectures, not as theoretical concepts, but as production systems we have designed, built, and maintained.
